We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
6.3 You are responsible for paying the return shipping fees, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (e.g., wrong product shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
6.4 Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
